These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Waky mobile application (“App”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Waky, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. App Features and Services

Waky provides features intended to help you wake up and stay consistent with alarms and related routines. Depending on the version of the App, features may include:

• Alarms and scheduling: Create and manage alarms using system alarm capabilities where supported.
• Wake-up missions: Complete interactive tasks (for example, photo, short video, or voice-based challenges) to help you get out of bed.
• Mission verification: Some missions may use on-device processing and/or networked verification (including automated analysis via third-party AI services as described in our Privacy Policy).
• Progress and engagement: Features such as streaks, shields, reminders, or onboarding flows designed to support habit formation.
• Notifications and live updates: Optional reminders or Live Activities where supported by iOS.
• Preferences: Language, alarm audio, and other settings you configure.

Feature availability may vary by iOS version, device model, region, and App version. Not every mission type or integration is available on all devices.
